本人自 20xx 年担任园区保安队长以来，紧紧围绕园区工作部

署，带领全体安保人员全力做好安全保卫工作，各项工作都取得

优异的成绩。

一、加强学习，自觉提高自身的综合素质。

欲先善其事，必先利其器。任职期间，为了能尽快熟悉岗位

情况，理清工作思路。自己首先制定了详细的学习计划，利用各

种学习方式进行学习，全面提升自身素质和业务能力。

二、爱岗敬业无私奉献保安全

身为一名基层安保管理人员，必须时刻保持高度的警觉性和

责任意识和大局意识。一年来，我们建立健全安保工作各项规章

制度，创新管理思路及管理手段，稳步提升工作效率及工作质量

确保园区平安稳定无事故，得到了各级领导的肯定。

三、加强员工培训提升服务质量

保安员来自五湖四海，个别人自我约束力差，理解能力不

强，工作执行力低，管理难度大。为提高队伍的整体素质和战斗

力，我们从源头抓起，结合工作实际加大岗位培训力度，同时根

据不同人员情况进行针对性的教育培训，使员工队伍确保了稳

定，员工的作风纪律，业务水平，服务质量和处理问题的'能力有

了明显的提高。

四、对个人的自我评价

在 20xx 年工作之中，在领导的关心支持下，在同志们的帮助

下，我在工作中取得了一定的成绩，但是，离领导的要求和同志

们的期望还有一定的差距。工作中，还有一些不尽人意的地方。

特别是对安全保卫工做的还不够细不到位，我会吸取教训，总结

经验。
