　　到今日，这个学期的工作告一段落了。当了一个学期的班长，有很多收获和感慨。对

这个学期的工作做一个评价，从学习，生活，工作三个方面。

　　在学习上我自认为很惭愧，不如班上的很多同学。我们班有 13 个素质拓展班的同

学，我对面寝室就有两个。虽然我的闹钟定的是早上 6点半起床，但都会赖一会床，总会

听到她们出门的声音。据我所知，她们每一天早上都会去晨读，晚上还要锻炼。坚持了这

么久的人，值得我们学习。我期望她们的坚持能够带动更多的同学，学习和运动应当是我

们生活必须的一部分。到班上课的情景，在刚开始的时候大家都坚持的很好。

　　大学生活刚开始，每个人都充满了期待和动力，都会准时来上课。在那里，要表扬我

们的卞诚拓同学，他主要负责监督同学到班上课的考勤。他能做到每一天点名，作好记

录。到之后，有人翘课，旷课。主要是毛概和经济学原理这两门课程，有的人在点名后走

了，下课的时候溜了，我都看的很清楚。可是，只是很多少一部分的人，并且这样的情景

不多，所以我只会发个信息询问一下。大学学习靠的是自觉和自律，我期望大家能够继续

坚持我们的热情和进取投入到学习中。

　　在生活上，我们举办了一系列的活动。两次团组织生活，森林公园秋游，男女混合篮

球赛，班级羽毛球赛，元旦联谊晚会。我想这些活动最成功的是加强了班上同学的认识和

交流，给同学们展现自我的舞台，锻炼了自我的本事。当然，一个活动有成功的地方，也

会有不足。有些安排没有到位，同学们的需求不能满足等等。感激大家对我的包涵和支

持，我会带着这些宝贵经验继续前进。

　　在生活上，我是一个很随意很懒惰的人。甚至有点得过且过的感觉。但对待工作，我

会很认真的去完成我该做和能做的事情，有点好强吧。回想这个学期的工作，是个忙碌的

过程，有很多很多的事情需要处理。但结果，我认为还是不错的。期望能够得到同学们的

肯定。

　　我想用这几个词来形容我们班的班干部，负责，尽职，尽力，低调。每个班干部都明

白自我的职责在哪，安排的工作都会很尽力的去完成，做好自我该做的事情就好了。寝室

长功不可没，通知事情到位，进取参加活动，虽然不算班干部，但你们履行了班干部的职

责。这次晚会台前和幕后都能看到班干部的声影，如果没有他们的付出，这次晚会也不会

这么成功了。

　　郑欣悦的节目负责，前期工作几乎都是她准备的，找人，排节目。李松和洪慧芳并不

是班干部，但他们的本事和表现值得我们学习。我们的副班长吴亮，能够很放心的把事情

交给他去办，租衣服，音乐调控，他没有说半个不字。还有其他为这次晚会表演节目的同

学，你们的付出得到观众的掌声回报了。期望下次，我们能办的更好。三个班合作，需要

磨合，需要沟通，需要理解，虽然有些不愉快，但我们收获了经验和教训。

　　虽然说是金子总会发光的，但需要有个人去发现你啊!班干部要为同学做实事，但并

不是每件事情都能够亲力亲为，我们的班干部少了一种主动性，其实很多事情能够找同学
